Docked here for three nights during a Kaseya Center event. Walked off the boat and was at the venue in 12 minutes. Power worked, WiFi solid, security visible all night.

Best marina location I’ve used on the East Coast. You’re in Brickell — not 20 minutes from it. Had dinner at Zuma, walked back to the boat. Exactly what was promised.

Used to dock in Coconut Grove for Miami trips. Brickell changes everything. Real overnight security meant my wife was finally comfortable staying aboard.

Came down for Art Basel. Slips filled fast — glad I booked early. No Ubers, no waiting. Just walked everywhere. Will be back every year.

Straightforward booking, no surprises at check-in. Staff around when needed, left us alone otherwise. Clean docks, great location, solid operation.

Dockmaster got us settled quickly. Dock lines held fine despite afternoon chop. For the location, there’s nothing else like it in Miami.
