Yes. 24/7 on-site security within the Biscayne Bay Marine Preserve. Staff on-site during business hours. Guests regularly leave vessels unattended overnight without issue.
Approximately 5 minutes on foot. Zuma, Cipriani, Coya, and the full Brickell dining strip are within 10–15 minutes. Kaseya Center is accessible without a rideshare for most events.
No minimum. Single-night bookings are welcome. Most guests book 2–4 nights. Event weekend minimums may apply and will be stated clearly at booking.
Shore power (30A and 50A), fresh water dockside, complimentary WiFi, restrooms, and 24/7 security. Valet parking available. Concierge provisioning on request.
Biscayne Bay is an active waterway. Light to moderate daytime wakes are normal. Most vessels handle this without issue. Contact us before booking if your boat is particularly motion-sensitive.
